1. Registration and Payment
1.1 Registration for any training course is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order (where applicable).
1.2 All course fees must be paid before the training commencement date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 Training fees are non-transferable except with prior written approval from the training provider.
2. Course Attendance
2.1 Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions punctually.
2.2 The training provider reserves the right to refuse admission to participants who arrive excessively late or whose behavior disrupts the learning environment.
2.3 No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions.
3. Course Materials
3.1 Training materials provided during the course are for the participant's personal use only.
3.2 Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the training provider.
3.3 All intellectual property rights related to the training content remain the property of the training provider.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Participant
4.1 Written cancellation requests received at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund, less any applicable administrative fees.
4.2 Cancellation requests received less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the course start date are non-refundable.
4.3 Participants may request a one-time transfer to a future course date, subject to availability and approval by the training provider.
5. Cancellation or Changes by Training Provider
5.1 The training provider reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5.2 In such cases, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future course date or a full refund of the training fee paid.
5.3 The training provider shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.
6. Certification
6.1 Certificates of Attendance or Completion will be issued only to participants who meet the attendance requirements and any course-specific assessment criteria.
6.2 The training provider reserves the right to withhold certification where course requirements have not been met.
7. Online Training Requirements
7.1 Participants attending online courses are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A stable internet connection
- A suitable computer or device
- Required software and system access as communicated before the training
7.2 The training provider shall not be liable for disruptions caused by participant-side technical issues.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Participants must behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers and fellow participants.
8.2 Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
8.3 The training provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the course without refund for serious misconduct.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The training provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the training.
9.2 While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content, no guarantee is provided regarding specific business outcomes, certifications, employment opportunities, or examination results.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Participant information will be collected and processed solely for training administration purposes.
10.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10.3 Participant information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for course administration, certification, or legal compliance.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Acceptance
By registering for and attending the training course, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
